The one problem is that Toronto is still coming in low. This is actually because the system "remembers" just how bad Tortonto was earlier on. I guess in that sense I sort of like it, since I think it shows how much negative potential there is with that team, especially without Kouvermans. But I think they're not quite worst in the league right now. Look to Dallas or Portland for that title. I might make some changes next season so that the model "forgets" results after maybe 16 or 20 matches. We'll see.
